He is also a Managing Director at VC/O GmbH, the innovation unit of Viessmann Group, a global leader in heating, cooling, and climate solutions. With over nine years of experience in management consulting and corporate innovation, Tobias is an expert in helping traditional businesses adapt to the digital age and create customer-centric products and services. He has a proven track record of successfully building and leading dynamic and agile teams, as well as establishing and managing partnerships with various stakeholders. He is passionate about fostering a culture of innovation and learning, and empowering others to shape the future. He hosts a podcast called "Alles Neu? Aus dem Maschinenraum", where he interviews experts and practitioners on topics related to innovation, leadership, and transformation. He also serves as an Advisory Council Member at NEXT MANNHEIM, a platform that supports start-ups and creative entrepreneurs in the city of Mannheim. Tobias holds a Master of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management, and has studied abroad in India and South Africa. He enjoys skiing, kite surfing, jogging, and traveling in his free time.
