Professionally I'm a passionate individual and have an entrepreneurial mind always looking for a new and better way to accomplish the next goal. Throughout my career I've been lucky enough to have had access to some of the most impactful "learn by doing" experiences which have allowed me to fast track my life both personally and professionally. Being that I am incredibly passionate about both my own personal development and the development of other future leaders, my role as Vice President at College Pro Window Cleaning allows me to focus on both as I oversee the program for Ontario. I get to continue to work on my own leadership and coaching skills while working with our full-time team and franchisees alike on skills that will impact their own success. Selling, Interviewing, Coaching, Leadership, Priority Management, Conflict Resolution, Financial Management are all examples of just some of the skills we are constantly working on. Personally I try to spend as much time as I can in the outdoors. I'm an incredibly competitive person and I combine my love for the outdoors and competitive nature by taking part in numerous fishing tournaments across both Ontario and the northeastern part of the US. If I'm not working with someone on their personal development in one form or another the most likely place to find me will be on the water with Finley, our Yellow Lab.
