I always thought I would work as a commercial airline pilot. As it happened, I found something I like more. Marketing. I did study, learn and work as a commercial airline pilot for several years. But the work was not as rewarding and challenging as I wanted and needed. Instead I found marketing, advertising, and business development. This is what I’m about. Helping brands disrupt and grow with the help of media. For close to 20 years I have helped companies grow their business with the help of marketing. Digital marketing is my niche. That’s where it all started for me. With SEM and SEO. This has since grown to include all types of media. I’m a full-service individual with experience of all types of media, buying and optimization. But digital media and digital marketing in particular. My genuine interest in the companies I work with has helped me, and in the end also my clients. It makes a big difference when you understand the business you’re helping. But when you also understand the end customer / client. That’s when things starts to get really interesting. Now you can show cost effective gains, increased sales, improved market share, better margins. Team building and leadership has been very important for me. It’s been a big part of my career. It’s very satisfying to me to be part of a team and work for a common goal. To also be responsible for that team is even more gratifying. Helping and being part of that team achieve hard to reach goals. I enjoy being a leader. Not so much a boss. Lead by example. Always.
