Strategic planning, analyzing business status across growth, steady-state, or decline phases, and evaluating industry trends are the tools that we use to align IT strategies with core business applications. I provide annual budgets and conduct revenue analysis, while providing insights into the financial impact of IT investments. I Regularly assess the current state of our clients equipment and software, ensuring optimal performance and future planning for infrastructure improvements.
