I am the Founder and CEO of Nicia Smile, a company established in 2017 during my studies for a Bachelor of Dentistry at Universitas Kristen Maranatha Bandung. My journey has evolved from selling human teeth for a living to my current role. In this venture, my mission is to raise dental health awareness through the beautification of oral care over-the-counter (OTC) products to solve both health and cosmetic needs in dental industry. As a General Dentist and Marketing Associate at Indodental, I bring together my clinical skills and business acumen to provide quality dental care and enhance customer satisfaction. My role involves implementing follow-up systems for implant patients, establishing effective communication channels among dentists, technicians, and front-office staff, and managing interactions with VIP patients. I am resilience. I thrive on continuous learning, enjoy sharing knowledge, and excel in handling pressure. Possessing strong communication, team-building, and time management skills, I actively seek new opportunities and challenges to foster personal growth and create a positive impact.
