An enthusiastic, hard working person who is always eager to learn new things and implement new ideas. Moved on from teaching profession to my passion for healthy baking. Sourdough is an ancient art of bread making where organic flour, water and home grown yeast are used to bake healthy, gut friendly and chemical free bread. There is no use of commercial yeast, baking powder or gluten modifiers which makes them one of the healthiest breads available. At Health Trail by Seema, I bake sourdough Boules, Loaves, Focaccia, Burger Buns and Cinnamon Rolls. I am also into training and taking workshops for people interested to learn the goodness of sourdough baking.
