I have more than 6 years of professional experience in IT systems and databases. Also, My background includes serving as a Business Data Analyst as a major, also I have experience in office 365 global admin, server management/troubleshooting with virtualization, Cisco switching and routing, IPTV streaming, and telecommunication systems like PABX (both analog and SIP), V-sat, VHF and HF.Currently, I am working in NETTV as Technical Department Head of the Research and Development team, where my responsibilities include the CRM database management and reporting, querying the database table for the required report, and transformation of data, using proper tools and scripts for data processing and transformation, handling office 365 tools (like Sharepoint, Power BI), demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues and complaints. Moreover, I also look after the technical operation management where I look after the IPTV technical operation flow regarding API, CRM, and our system flow. In addition to this experience, I gained considerable service skills like Data Analysis (BI), Mysql, DevOps, coding (python), networking, project management, knowledge of office 365 tool, and wireless system management.
