With a background in physics and nanotechnology, I am inspired by working with advanced technology, and motivated to create new solutions and products in collaboration with partners and customers. I like to be challenged, and I have experience with founding a company and leading the process of bringing an identified problem in the market all the way to a commercial product. I am curious, I have a good understanding of various technology fields, and I am able to guide and exchange ideas with people with a different specialty than my own. Being analytical and creative, I am good at finding new solutions, and I am never short of ideas of how to attack or circumvent hurdles in a development project. This is often the reason why I succeed at things. I am inspired by working in a team with a common goal, and I find it easy to motivate people and to make a good work atmosphere.
