With over 20 years of experience in tourism, hospitality, and administration, I specialize in sustainable tourism, rural development, and green innovation. Currently serving as Regional Coordinator at SWG RRD, I lead cross-border initiatives in Southeastern Europe, collaborating with international partners such as the UNDP, GIZ, USAID, and the European Commission. As Executive Director of Tourist Center Vučje, I have successfully developed strategies that enhance regional tourism competitiveness, foster eco-friendly practices, and support local communities. My leadership has been recognized through impactful projects in rural and agro-tourism, capacity building, and policy advocacy. I am passionate about designing sustainable tourism models that preserve cultural heritage, strengthen rural economies, and create long-term value for communities. With proven expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic partnerships, I bring innovative, result-driven solutions to the tourism and rural development sector.
