I'm an IT professional with extensive experience in different sectors (banking, manufacturing, IT operations, electricity distribution network operations, railway and military). During my career path I am proud to have built up both new teams and new processes, and was involved in creation and support of new IT systems. In IT-related roles I have been involved in systems integration, systems development- and upgrade of existing systems. From the business side my expertise is related to organizational change management, process development, team and process management. As a personality I am opportunity-oriented: I see solutions, not problems.
