I’m a DE & I (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) Consultant at An-Nahal Inc, dedicated to helping organizations and individuals turn diversity into impact. Through organizational development consulting and training programs, I support companies in embedding DE & I into their culture and fostering inclusive behaviors across all levels. My passion for inclusion began with my childhood experiences in a multicultural community. Over the years, my involvement in international exchange programs such as the Japanese government's Ship for World Youth and volunteer work with NGOs supporting immigrants and refugees in Japan have deepened my commitment to building a society where everyone can live with dignity and choices. I believe that in order to truly embed DE & I into corporate culture and daily actions, people need to experience the value of diversity firsthand. That’s why I focus on- Creating gentle formative experiences that inspire action - Facilitating communication skills through practice - Cultivating a mindset that embraces diverse perspectives At An-Nahal, I design and deliver programs such as MILE (Mentoring for Inclusive Leadership Excellence), a cross-cultural mentoring program between Japanese business professionals and international students, and long-term DE & I partnerships with corporate clients. Professional Background After graduating from university, I worked at a regional bank in Japan, where I was involved in product development for personal loans and both B2B and B2C sales. While there, I developed a strong interest in multicultural collaboration through interactions with people of diverse backgrounds living in Japan. I continued volunteering with NGOs supporting immigrants and refugees, and in 2022, I joined An-Nahal as a DE & I consultant. At An-Nahal, I support organizations in promoting diversity and inclusion through consulting, training, and mentoring programs. I’ve interviewed over 200 companies on their DE & I and HR development initiatives, and I serve as a facilitator for workshops and strategy sessions. I’m also a nationally certified career consultant.
