With over significant and diverse experience in the aviation industry and operational management, I bring a unique blend of expertise in training, compliance, and customer service. My journey has taken me from the skies as a flight attendant to the classroom as a dedicated tutor, where I've successfully enhanced the skills and career prospects of aspiring aviation professionals. Currently, at the New Zealand School of Tourism, I specialise in delivering training programmes to Level 4 Flight Attendants. My focus is on ensuring they meet the highest safety standards and are well-prepared to secure employment within the aviation industry. My career reflects the passion I have for operational excellence and continuous improvement. I’ve successfully managed complex logistics, driven sales growth, and maintained strict compliance with safety regulations. My commitment to adhering to NZCAA and NZQA standards ensures that all operations meet or exceed industry requirements, with an emphasis on safety in every aspect of my work. Outside of work, I actively engage in the pipe band community as both a band manager and committee member. I also enjoy walking and exploring my neighborhood, whether at home or during my travels. I am always keen to connect with like-minded professionals and explore opportunities that allow me to share my knowledge and skills in training, operations, and aviation.
