Embarking on a journey from commanding ships for many years to leading two dynamic departments of a world renowned company I've steered through challenges with the same focus and determination that I navigated the high seas. With a spirit of adventure and a steady hand I've captained not only the world's largest ships but now also captain industry-leading initiatives that drive our company and maritime industry forward. My maritime past of more than three decades rich with diverse experiences from teaching consulting developing new academic and Simulator programs hiring and leading a large team of highly experienced Master Mariners to navigating Arctic waters has anchored a deep understanding of teamwork innovation and strategy. It's these very skills that I bring to the corporate table making complex decisions with clarity and imparting wisdom to teams just as I did to seafaring Captains and officers. As we chart the course for our world's future I'm all about keeping a keen eye on the horizon while ensuring that every member of our maritime industry including our seafaring community is heard valued and empowered.
