As a Technical Service Engineer at Q Tire, I provide the best service to consumer by recommending appropriate products for their applications and help them to extract better output. I am responsible for replacing defective products by examining the root cause and claim the equivalent credit note from the manufacturer. I have a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kingston Engineering College, and 10 years of experience in the tire industry. I started my career as a Service Engineer at JK Tyre & Industries Ltd, where I was promoted to Senior Service Engineer and Senior Technical Officer, managing PCR tire production, yield, and defect analysis. I have also trained my team in after sale service and product knowledge, and conducted various customer conversion and training activities. I am passionate about delivering quality and satisfaction to the consumers and have developed skills in technical sales support, customer retention, and warranty claim processing. Always eager to learn new technologies and trends in the tire industry, and enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team.
