Throughout my career, one theme has remained constant: building healthier communities—whether through social work, education, or technology. I began my journey in social work, focusing on trauma, violence prevention, and community resilience. From direct service to policy and administration, I worked to create sustainable, people-centered programs and policies. As an adjunct professor in both Social Work and Child Development, I prepared university students to engage thoughtfully with complex social issues, fostering resilience in themselves and the communities they serve. Over time, I expanded my impact by applying my expertise in organizational strategy, operations, and technology to new frontiers. In leadership roles across telecommunications, blockchain, and decentralized infrastructure, I have helped organizations scale operations, develop policies, and drive mission-aligned innovation. Currently, I serve as Head of Strategy and Operations at Hawk Networks (Althea), where I lead efforts to expand decentralized, pay-as-you-go internet infrastructure. My work sits at the intersection of tech innovation and community empowerment, ensuring that connectivity is affordable, resilient, and built for the future.
