Just opened up a seafood bistro, Restaurant Havfruen, located in the lively area of Nyhavn in central Copenhagen. More than 12+ years of international hospitality experience including USA, Latin America and several countries in Europe in some of the worlds most succesful luxury hotel chains and privately owned boutique hotels. Management experience in both F&B and rooms division in 350+ room luxury hotels and 6+ years as General Manager.
