Helping people has always been at the core of my lengthy development career in the non-profit sector. I have been fortunate to further the missions of large-scale hospital foundations and national non-profit organizations. Practicing authenticity in my connections, I really listen to people’s stories which in turn helps me to create and plan impactful campaigns and donor journeys. With high levels of emotional intelligence, a passion for helping marginalized groups in society, and a keen interest in data analysis, the work I do creates sustainable growth while transforming lives. I am always thinking creatively and strategically about fundraising campaign development, which has resulted in donor growth and diversification, increased revenue and greater visibility. I love educating others on the power of connection between funding and the people it helps and have built successful fundraising programs and teams that have exceeded objectives. Some of my major successes include growing a monthly donor program by 15X, quadrupling the annual holiday campaign results from the previous year, and tripling the overall portfolio revenue within five years.
