I have been in the customer service industry for over 16 years ranging from retail and food service to sales and some data processing- I've hired, trained, and coached many professionals in the areas of sales, food safety, prospecting, and cold calling along with company policies and procedures. All my experience has given me the ability to develop and maintain loyal relationships with both clients and prospects within the companies in which I've worked.
