I’m Sourav working as Quality Analyst with over 4years + of extensive expertise in Quality Assurance Product Support Policy Enforcement Process Improvement & Coaching. Previously handled IT Technician Associate Support Analyst and Quality Analyst roles at HP Policy bazaar Magicpin Doubtnut and Sunstone. Currently working as Trust & Safety Quality Analyst at Sunstone Gurugram. We as the Trust Safety & Process Improvement Team acts as the front line of support to the Business Department members. We are responsible for Quality processing and investigating terms of service fraudulent and spam related violations for making the platform safer for our community protecting free speech and increase revenue for the company and defending our brand. In addition we perform other key QA functions including driving improvements in the Process upgrade technology and tools.
