Although specialized, I also have no problem to see the bigger picture. To develop a sustainable strategy I look at the impact and benefits for other departments. I have a strong believe in a good foundation as a start to guide consistent day-to-day decisions. For well-functioning processes I focus on servant transformational leadership, with respect for everyone’s talent and contribution as part of the team. I also believe in an integer, transparent and open-minded approach. Part of my growth-mindset is to allow myself to be inspired by others, and continuously learn and improve as a result. I have a genuine broad interest in business and management. Starting from a solid strategy, executed with a well-defined efficient integrated process, I want to support teams to grow, in a sustainable, fun, transparent and integer way. I am most productive when working in an integer, inclusive, green-field environment. This can either be as part of a team of a multinational company or in a smaller start-up. I don’t want to base this on uniform rules, but on personal customization. By organizing and structuring I contribute to this and take the initiative to get things done. 3) The model of Edgar Shein shows I get energy from new challenges and I show great persistance to contribute to what is right according to my values. 4) Personal Mastery tests show that I have the ability to recover from or adjust easily to misfortune or change; the ability to be successful again after something difcult or bad has happened; the capacity to recover quickly from difculties.
