Based on a bachelor in finance and law and a Diploma in organization and strategy and a start in Marketing I have worked 17 years as CEO with full P&L responsibility in production, project- and trading companies with a full value chain. Today I work as a board professional in a number of different companies striving to add value for the businesses and their owners. Furthermore I work with a number of company owners supporting them on leadership challenges and development of their businesses. As a person I am extrovert, open and empatich. I am analytical strong and see more opportunities than limitations. I am energetic and structured and is motivated by creating progress and value.
