I started out as someone who liked to get hands-on with the work, and over time I’ve grown into a team lead role where I juggle daily tasks, support my team, and keep things running smoothly. Along the way, I’ve picked up solid project management skills and built a strong understanding of HR topics—especially when it comes to labor laws and the Lithuanian Labour Code. I like having a clear plan, but I’m also practical and know how to adjust when things shift. I enjoy working in fast-moving environments where challenges are part of the deal—they keep me sharp and help me grow. As a leader, I value clear communication, teamwork, and getting things done without overcomplicating. I like solving problems, finding better ways of doing things, and helping my team succeed. Looking ahead, I’m excited to keep growing in roles where I can combine strategic thinking, coordination, and a people-first mindset.
