CURRENTLY: I serve as the Chief Growth Officer for GoodGroup, responsible for our expansion, partnerships, new projects, and the group sales and marketing functions. In this position I oversee the product and commercial strategies for GoodCall, Recruitment Academy, and (until July 2024) for Datacruit. 2018 As a Shareholder and leader in our Group of 3 companies (GoodCall, Recruitment Academy, and Datacruit) I am responsible for expansion, strategic partnerships, commercial focus, marketing initiatives, and continuing our Group efforts to disrupt, redefine, and revolutionise what people believe is possible in recruitment. 2016 CEO at GoodCall for Talent. 2015 Chief Commercial Officer for GoodCall for Talent – responsible for sales and marketing. Working on tweaking and marketing our one-of-a-kind mobile app, assisting key clients with 2015-style candidate engagement, and letting the market know that this tech-enabled, disruptive recruitment company is here to change the industry. 2011-2014: During my 4 years at L&T I expanded into numerous new cities such as London, Dubai, and Amsterdam, and pushed hard to launch in new Asian and North American destinations. I looked after customer service, global sales and contributed to product and marketing creation. When Silicon Valley came calling for our Series A1 round of financing, I jumped on a plane with my business partner to pitch. What an experience! 2010-2011: I tried my hand at big multinational corporate business when I joined the Philip Morris HR department. It was a super experience but I learned that I am not made for a large corporate company. Nevertheless I would highly recommend the organization and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. 2003-2010: started, built, and expanded a world-class executive search business called SpenglerFox in Czech Rep. Later I managed numerous parts of the business including the Professional & Financial Services Practice Group, as well as various countries.
