O••• Souquet is the chairman of the DE-SO Asia architectural and design firm based in Ho Chi Minh City with around twenty employees. The DE-SO Asia agency works on urban planning, architectural and landscape projects in South East Asia. The agency was noticed in 2008 by winning the international competition of major public spaces project of Thu Thiem in HCMC and then the city planning exhibition center (CPEC). O••• Souquet has 30 years of experience, he is the founder of the DE-SO agency with François Defrain in 2005 in Paris, O••• Souquet was “Albums des jeunes architectes” in 2002 and he worked successively for Francis Soler, Bertrand Bonnier, Christian de Portzamparc. DE-SO office based in Paris, made up of around fifteen employees and 4 partners, produces numerous public facilities and teaching and has received several architecture awards. Currently DE-SO office is in charge of Louis Vuitton's leather workshops in France. Our attention to the specific geography and location of every project can be seen in our architectural creations as well as in our town planning projects. Each project’s intended uses, functionality and materials are all underpinned by our mastery of the drawing, where geometry meets geography. Our regular entries in national and international competitions reflect the many fields of research in which we are involved. We work on projects in the fields of culture and heritage, education, the service sector, healthcare and housing. We create guiding plans for large territories, and undertake coordination missions, town planning projects and enhancements of remarkable sites.
