Abdurasul Y••• serves as a Chief Executive Officer at TEAM University in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. TEAM University is one of the leading private higher education institutes in Uzbekistan that offers a first class British education for people of Central Asia. Its undergraduate programs are validated by the London South Bank University (top in the world). Prior to this, he held positions of the vice-rector for finance and development and acting rector at the Banking and Finance Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan – an elite graduate school in the country in the sphere of finance and economics. He also occupied senior level positions in big international projects in oil and gas as well as mining fields. He worked as a consultant with international companies and organizations (incl. UN bodies) in Uzbekistan on developing regional development strategies and on the projects aimed at raising operational effectiveness and digital transformation. Abdurasul is a member of the University Governance Working Group under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In his work, he combines both academic and industry experience that makes him an active agent of change in Uzbekistan given its unprecedented scale and depth of ongoing reforms. He holds a master degree from the Willy Brandt School of Public Policy (Germany).
