I am the Director and Executive Chairman of Barents Re, a company I founded with the vision of delivering innovative reinsurance solutions with a truly global reach. I bring over 30 years of experience in the insurance, reinsurance, and international banking sectors, which has allowed me to develop a strategic outlook and build strong relationships across multiple markets. I currently serve as President of Canalbank, an institution I founded in 2014 and which continues to grow as a solid, trustworthy, and dynamic financial entity. Throughout my career, I have been involved in investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, and have advised national governments on financial services regulation. I also serve on the board of several insurance and reinsurance companies. My leadership approach is rooted in strategic vision, operational excellence, and creating long-term sustainable value in every initiative I undertake.
