An organizational development expert supporting entities, from various sectors and of different sizes, achieve their goals through maintaining strong internal systems and a motivated team. Eman manages the process of the organizational assessment, development of a capacity building plan, and providing the necessary coaching and mentoring for the successful implementation of the plan, all through a highly participatory process. She is also a experienced project manager, who has lead the successful implementation of several projects from the initiation phase, to planning, execution, evaluation and closure. Among the projects she managed is a capacity building project for more than organizations. Eman is a Master Trainer and a skilled facilitator, with a certification from the Global Learning Partners on Dialogue Education. She has developed and delivered trainings on strategic planning, human resource management, organizational values, in addition to several soft skills trainings, and team building activities.
