Andrea F••• (1986, Cecina, Italy) is a performer, a writer, a cultural mediator. After graduating in History in 2010, he creates texts and art projects linked to the re-thinking of the historical and artistic heritage. From 2011 to 2013, he collaborates with the Palazzo Strozzi Foundation, writing performances for children, related to the art exhibitions at the Strozzi Museum in Florence (see In 2011 he founded the artist collective "inQuanto teatro" in which he works today, developing shows and multimedia events. He takes part in the performances of the company as a dramaturg and performer From 2013 he teaches at the School of Rifredi Theatre in Florence.(see Engaged observer of the Italian scene, from 2012 he collaborates with several web magazine, writing feature articles for AdacToscana; Myword.it; Delteatro.it He participates in moments of theoretical and ethical confrontation on the performing arts, such as: “Temporary monuments” (2014), a workshop led by Pietro Gaglianò; “Nobility and Poverty” (2013-2014), an analysis of creative residencies in Italy; Watch & Talk (2012), a study group of the Far° Festival in Nyon (Switzerland); Script (2011-2012), a writing lab curated by Silvia Poletti for ADAC. He developed his artistic education by attending courses in theatre in Florence (“Laboratorio9” at the Teatro della Limonaia; “Teatro e Letteratura”, with the company Pupi e Fresedde, at the Teatro di Rifredi), following the Argentine actress and director Naira Gonzalez in his training projects from 2005 to 2007 and from 2008 to 2011; participating at workshops and master classes with dancers and actors such as Simo Kellokumpo (FIN), Laura Scudella (UK), Silvia Gribaudi (IT), Itzik Galili (IL), Teatro Sotterraneo (IT), Bambie (NL) and Francesca della Monica (IT). Andrea F••• currently lives and works in Florence.
