I’m a fairly ordinary person who’s had the extraordinary privilege of being part of meaningful journeys across industries — in Finland and beyond. These experiences weren’t just luck; they were built on the support of people who believed in me. Often, that belief was thanks to my positive mindset, hunger to learn, persistence, and open heart. I’m convinced that anyone can learn anything — as long as they’re willing to leap into the unknown and not let the fear of failure hold them back. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with purpose and integrity, always lifting others and never taking anything for granted. Curiosity and creativity are part of my DNA, and I’m often told I have a gift for making complex ideas feel simple and approachable. I believe in the power of collaboration, lifelong learning, and the idea that when people feel valued, motivation follows — and with it, meaningful results. Outside of work, I stay grounded through movement, a vegetarian lifestyle, and a constant curiosity about the world, people, and ideas.
