I am a lawyer and activist passionate about defending human rights, specializing in gender equality and the prevention of violence against women. My experience includes leading projects where I have implemented agile methodologies such as Scrum, conducting data analysis, and preparing reports to promote public policies with a gender perspective. As a radio host, I produced and presented the program Con las Gafas Puestas (Through the Feminist Lens) on Mujeres Radio, a space dedicated to exposing and challenging social practices that perpetuate inequality and violence against women. Additionally, as a content creator, I have developed communication strategies to raise awareness and mobilize audiences around feminism and human rights. I have been recognized as one of the " las 100 protagonistas" human rights advocates in Venezuela, reflecting my unwavering commitment to social change. My approach combines sorority, empowerment, and innovative project management, always with the goal of building a more equitable society where women can live free from stereotypes and imposed limitations. My professional interests include-Creating feminist and strategic content-Designing public policies focused on human rights and gender equality-Managing projects using agile methodologies such as Scrum-Preparing reports and analyzing data related to gender violence and women’s empowerment-Leading and facilitating workshops and campaigns for women’s empowerment.
