As a motivated and dedicated professional, I began my career in the IT industry after completing my high school studies in 2010. I pursued my passion for technology by earning a certificate in computer science, and went on to gain valuable experience as a lab assistant at the National Water Supply and Water Drainage Board. In 2012, I joined the University of Vavuniya Campus as a technical officer, where I continue to leverage my expertise in computer science to drive innovation and support the institution's mission. With a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence, I am confident in my ability to excel in any challenge that comes my way. My skills include technical troubleshooting university labs and technical equipment. As a dedicated and results-driven professional, I have built a successful career in the banking sector. In 2014, I joined Dialog Axiata as an Officer in charge for operations, where I developed a passion for customer service and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. This experience was invaluable, and ultimately led me to pursue a career in banking. Since joining Sampath Bank PLC as a trainee banking assistant, I have honed my skills in a variety of areas, including customer service, operations management, and financial analysis. Through my hard work and dedication, I have been able to progress in my role, and I am now proud to hold a position of responsibility within the organization. My industry experience has given me a deep understanding of the banking sector, including its regulations, compliance requirements, and customer needs.
