The essence of my work is to utilize arts and culture to bring people together to find common ground, create curiosity to seek greater understanding about self, issues, society and to have fun in the process. My interpersonal and organizational skills, creativity and compassion has enabled me to work with a broad spectrum of people to build sustainable organizational and program structures, collaborate with multiple constituencies, and provide leadership effecting positive outcomes. I am, and have been, a contributing citizen on a number of local, state, national arts panels and commissions and boards. Specialties: Program development & management, excellent problem solver who is resourceful, creative, and able to see the big picture. Develop strategic partnerships. Effective public speaker.
