Passionate about innovation ecosystems, investment attraction, and smart specialization, I have over 15 years of experience in business development through European funds. As Head of the Inno Platform and Investment Attraction Department at the North-West Regional Development Agency, I design and implement strategies that foster entrepreneurship and support high-growth startups. My expertise spans the entire funding cycle—from designing financing instruments for SMEs and R&D projects to managing large-scale EU-funded initiatives. One of my most impactful contributions being focused in building the concept and funding strategy of Smart Specialization Parks and seeing them come to life. I coordinate the second edition of LevelUp Accelerator, Romania’s first health and life sciences accelerator program, and also support my team in delivering GreenLeap, an incubation program for green startups and cleantech solutions.
