I have been fortunate to embark on a dynamic journey across leadership, communication, and the creative industry. It began with the honor of being selected as a National Flag Hoisting Troop (Paskibraka) member in 2015, representing West Java. Throughout my school years, I actively led student organizations, served as Head of the Paskibra Unit, and chaired major events, including a provincial marching competition in Bogor. I completed my primary and secondary education in Bogor, Indonesia—at SDN Sukadamai 3, SMPN 12, and SMAN 10—before pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Science at Universitas Terbuka. Communication has always been my passion, which I brought to life as a radio announcer between 2017 and 2021 at Lesmana 100.1 FM and Megaswara 100.8 FM. These years sharpened my public speaking skills, which I now share as a trainer and speaker in schools and universities. In addition to hosting formal and informal events as a Master of Ceremony (MC), I’ve been active as a content creator since 2017, specializing in video production and graphic design. My work is shared through personal platforms including YouTube (@rayhanrenarand), Instagram, and TikTok. In 2022, I transitioned into digital marketing as a Social Media Specialist at PT Indomarco Prismatama (Indomaret Head Office), managing the brand’s official TikTok and Instagram Reels. In April 2024, I joined PT Epilog Kreatif Indonesia (Epilog Creative) as a Senior TikTok Specialist, leading creative content development for major clients like Bank Syariah Indonesia, JNE, and Polytron—from scripting and ideation to production, editing, publishing, and reporting. Since March 2025, I have been working as Content Manager at PT Flexo Solusi Indonesia (Flexofast). In this role, I lead the development of a new business unit called Flexodigital, which offers livestreaming and content production services for brands. I also oversee the company’s internal social media presence to ensure a more professional and strategic brand image. 2025 marks a special milestone in my career as I received the Marketeers Youth Choice Award in the category of “Content Marketing to Gen Z” for my creative contributions to Bank Syariah Indonesia. I care deeply about education and believe in giving back by teaching public speaking, content creation, and creative industry knowledge to students. In every role I take on, I value total commitment, creativity, and the pursuit of meaningful differentiation.
