I am a psychologist, fractional HR leader, leadership trainer & coach. I am the founder of The Change Agent and Fractional HR Malta - a collective of seasoned professionals in Human Resources, Psychology, Coaching, and Business. I love partnering with leaders and businesses that want to scale with intentionality, facilitating meaningful change by aligning people, purpose and performance. I embarked on my HR career in 2011 and had the opportunity to lead the function in various industries, including; Manufacturing, Software Development, Telecomms, i-Gaming, Financial Services. I worked alongside top executives and organisational decision makers supporting a wide array of in-house projects including, the setting up of talent management frameworks, change management, fostering high-performing organisational cultures, building the human capital of a new start-up, company downsizing and company closure. Each role enriched my understanding of what helps Companies and employees thrive. This sparked my passion in change management and to support leaders build high performance cultures.
