I am a Programme Management professional (at all levels from Director to Manager to an Advisor) for major physical infrastructure schemes in developing economies who delivers. Unusually skilled in navigating the extremely challenging human and physical barriers of culture, language, complex international-multiplayer stakeholder environments, logistics and unstructured decision-making these developments bring, I have however successfully delivered them. In particular, I can master the challenges of the key milestones of Programme direction, from a leadership, delivery management or advisory position, navigating the special demands of developing economies. • Development Infrastructure Strategy, • Feasibility Studies, involving creating and leading multi-profession teams, • Negotiating funding with international institutions and the private sector, • Reaching commercial agreements on programme delivery, • Managing build, Cost Control, Budget, and • Programme handover, close-out and evaluation.
