My path to HR wasn’t a straightforward one – I started out supporting the organization of concerts and events from the administrative and production side. Even then, working closely with people – artists, technicians, production teams – taught me how to be attentive to others’ needs and act with flexibility. The next stage was my role as Assistant to the Deputy Director for Operations – a position with a high level of responsibility, where I supported the institution’s ongoing operations, as well as initiated and improved internal processes, including soft HR processes. This role confirmed for me that HR is the space where I want to thrive. Today – as a Recruitment, Employment and Career Specialist, I design and lead HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, training, employee development, and activities related to the Employee Benefits Fund. I combine empathy with analytical thinking, always striving to understand which mechanisms genuinely support both people and the organization. To me, recruitment is not just about posting a job offer and conducting interviews – it’s about needs analysis, creating an ideal candidate profile, then supporting their onboarding and further development. I implement processes from the ground up, optimize existing ones, deliver training, and support people at various stages of their professional journeys. I believe that empathetic and thoughtfully designed HR processes are the foundation of healthy and effective organizations. My role is to support people and cultural institutions in creating work environments built on trust, dialogue, and growth. I serve as a partner to teams and leaders – someone who listens, understands needs, and translates them into concrete actions that strengthen both employees and the entire organization. I believe that cultural institutions deserve a conscious, consistent, and effective employer branding strategy that reflects their mission and builds trust in the job market – and I’m the one who helps make that happen.
