I help adults learn so they can improve their performance - I am a Talent Development Professional with over 30 years of experience helping people and organizations learn, develop and lead with confidence. My work spans the full training cycle: from needs assessment to design, delivery, and measuring impact. Alongside my Talent Development activities, I currently serve as the head of HR at a utilities company. This dual role allows me to stay close to the real challenges leaders and teams face every day, while offering practical, results-driven training that meets those needs head-on. I also serve as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of a government-owned waste management company, where I contribute to oversight, governance, and long-term strategic direction. Throughout my career, I’ve led change in complex environments, supporting mergers, acquisitions, downsizing efforts, and organizational redesign. I’ve held senior leadership positions in both government and large industries, which enables me to bridge strategy and execution in everything I do. Whether I’m facilitating a workshop, advising an executive or leading a board, I bring a grounded, people-centered approach to learning, leadership, and transformation.
