I have experience in developing and administering scheduled maintenance and repair request programs utilizing a reliability centered approach, developing service standards and protocols, negotiating with service providers, reviewing leases and contact documents, developing and monitoring project budgets, and maintaining a facility and space usage database. Additionally, I spent time as a project manager focusing on facility related construction, renovation and equipment installations in the government and not for profit industries. Utilizing an adaptive communication style I have been able to effectively work with a variety of skilled professionals and services providers to deliver quality results. I have a well rounded skill set that when coupled with my natural desire to help others succeed has allowed me to be effective filling a variety of roles and duties.
