May learning follow me wherever I go I’m a Quality Practitioner and Food Technologist with 10 years of experience in wine industry. I introduced quality systems, implemented internal laboratory systems, collaborated with colleagues on a numerous projects. I like practicing total quality management🥂 I spent a short period in Research and Development of baby foods with Tiger Brands. Also I have seen a lot of ideas change from concepts to reality in my personal capacity. Always after a series of activities and challenges there has got to be a little victory, so I recognise the hard work as key. Happy to have evolved too as a professional. I find that Quality is broad and it fits in to real life too, so life is not easy when one just focused to be a foodie or scientist. I prefer simplicity, I enjoy broad growth, even more when I try everyday to maintain my respect for myself and others. My family and parenting are the favourite part of my growth and I pray for more blessings, because I’m capable of doing better. I live and let live!
