I help companies in building a clear Strategy and customer-focused Business Model introducing "Innovation" when and where it makes sense; then Guide a Team in the successful Execution whilst helping them to become true leaders. Always focused on business AND people. What do I bring to "the table"- Combining experience and expertise in Senior National and International Executive Management positions (including CEO) AND the experience of assisting SMEs (see projects section for details). I have introduced and explained new technologies to customers (business, technical and execs) since the start of my career.
