I have developed my skills as a leader for the past six years, through which I have excelled in building strong teams in customer service and sales. I especially enjoy building up teams that have previously been dysfunctional. As a leader, I believe in and contribute to the development of the people. My strength is in the ability to help others set goals for personal development, notice the progress they’ve made and therefore strengthen their self-confidence. Performance can always be trained, the main thing is the will to change.
