Close to 2 decades of experience working in energy, offshore and onshore development. Number of years of involvement in Field Development Planning with focus on Water-flood Optimization, Enhance oil recovery, Enhance gas recovery, and Hydrocarbon WAG developments. Extensive experience in PVT modelling, History Matching Complex fields, Reservoir Simulation using E100/E300, Pore Pressure Prediction, Probabilistic Forecasting using Enable, and Reactive transport modelling. Involved in development of complex reservoirs using long horizontal and smart well technologies. Experience in Infill drilling, Pressure Conditioning, Green and Brown field development, and 4D Seismic analysis and modelling. Developed Multi-scale and Upscaling methods for modeling and simulation of large carbonate fields. Developed and implemented Discrete Fracture Network Modeling tools and workflows. Development of complex reservoirs using long horizontal and smart well technologies. Infill drilling, Green and Brown fields development studies. Developed Multi-scale and Upscaling methods for modeling and simulation of large carbonate fields. Developed and implemented Discrete Fracture Network Modeling tools and workflows. Development of AI and ML applications. Active involvement in HSSE, incident free orientations, training, and mentoring younger staff. I am also active in publishing and have more than 50 research publications in international conferences and peer reviewed journals.
