As being for 10+ years in all levels of financial positions, as well as managerial positions, I have strong knowledge about how financial services can be provided in most efficient way. Areas of organisations I worked for, vary: research project NPO-s; chain of pharmacies; production companies; IT service companies. In most of organisations worked, I have been head or initiator of change, leading restructuring of financial department work and/or implementing harmonised way of working for different sub-organisations.
