With two decades of expertise in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, and Crisis Communications, I bring a wealth of experience in crafting impactful narratives and driving change across media relations, human rights advocacy, and public policy. My journey in this field has been guided by a deep commitment to amplifying unheard voices and advancing solutions to pressing social issues. Starting in broadcast journalism, I gained essential skills in uncovering and communicating powerful stories to broad audiences (Lesotho Television and Radio Lesotho). This foundation taught me the transformative role of storytelling in advocacy and social change, equipping me to deliver messages that resonate and drive engagement. My career evolved naturally into human and social rights advocacy at the Transformation Resource Centre, where I focused on creating narratives that shed light on challenges faced by marginalized communities and mobilized action. This experience sharpened my ability to approach complex issues with empathy and strategic insight, translating policy needs into messages that inspire solutions. In addition, I leverage Internet 2.0 tools to power modern mass communications, media relations, and stakeholder management practices, enhancing reach and engagement across digital platforms. This proficiency allows me to craft targeted, impactful campaigns that foster meaningful connections and adapt to the fast-paced, digital media landscape. I am committed to continuous learning to deepen my understanding of effective communication strategies with higher qualifications in Humanitarian Aid and Mass Communications. My public policy background further strengthens my capacity to navigate socio-political landscapes, addressing challenges with clarity and diplomacy.
