A certified Manager of Human Resources and Business Informatics with extensive experience in business process optimization, EDI systems, and data analysis. Over the past three years, I have focused intensively on EDI processes and Microsoft Dynamics NAV. As an IT Business Consultant at PVS EUROPE, I have developed numerous data interfaces between various systems and NAV. Through my work, I have gained comprehensive knowledge in creating and managing monitoring reports with Power BI, which are essential for optimizing and monitoring data transfers. These reports have significantly contributed to improving business processes and increasing efficiency. My previous position as Wholesale Manager and Data Analyst in Bosnia provided me with a deep understanding of business processes. I successfully led teams, implemented projects, and developed solutions that made business processes more efficient and effective. During my time there, I led a comprehensive ERP system upgrade and the implementation of NAV-2016, as well as integrated Qlik Sense and Power BI to create precise and actionable reports. I am always eager to further develop my skills and take on new challenges to contribute to the success of the company.
