As an experienced technical lead, I'm always looking for better solutions, working on effective workflows and support the colleagues. Using LEAN as a guide in several projects. I've learnt a lot from International Mapping Projects, such as MGCP or UN Field support programs. My most important task was to renew the Hungarian 50k Topographic Database, into a modern GIS database called DITAB-50.
