On the record
Keeping hospitalitarians employed, sharing knowledge and building teams to operate culturally strong and profitable establishments is my mission. Ownership, significant food service sales experience, large group management and hundreds of consulting jobs throughout Colorado, Texas, New Mexico, Wyoming and Utah is my experience in a nutshell. Since my first high school job at The County Line Barbeque in Austin, I've been in love with hospitality: creating great experiences for guests, the chaos and the controlled dance, the against-the-odds challenges of profitability that most owners face, and the teams of people that I have worked with and am proud to call some of my best friends and colleagues. As I come from a family of professors, learning, teaching and sharing knowledge in our industry is a passion.
