Shalom! Strategic leader in the financing of education, I have a solid experience in the loan application editing, management and leadership of schools, reporting to funders and the organization of capacity building disposals actors’ education. I drove the establishment of a "School loan program” successfully in a Decentralized Financial System call MicroAID. Voluntary Accountant and Secretary, I leaded the using of computer for administration, cash and accountancy managing. This innovation increases the school leadership. With my multicultural experience, I am Creative, dynamic and energetic, with a great sense of organization and planning skills, excellent analytical, synthesis and editorial. I am recognized for my leadership and my research of innovations in the work. Professional Bachelor in Banking and Finance at Institut Burkinabé des Arts et Métier (IBAM). After my position as Loan officer specialized in Christian school funding, I am now the Marketing and Communication Specialiste at MicroAID since December 2021. This experience give me a good knowledge of analyzing projects/programs for results, an capability in working on Voice and Accountability projects/program, a familiarly with programs cycle management approaches and tools – including participatory planning, monitoring and evaluation. So I have significant experience of working with small and indigenous partners. Lastly I have an excellent communication with churches as the coordinator of Christian Music Festival, both written and verbal and strong IT skills to exert any position in my domain.
