As a Senior Associate - People Operations at Comquest Sdn Bhd, I lead and coordinate various HR functions, such as onboarding, HRMS, performance management, employee engagement, and HR communications. With more than four years of combined working experience in various industries, I thrive under pressure and deliver high-quality results with tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders. I also have a passion for entrepreneurship and social impact, which I have demonstrated through my previous role as a Project Lead at The Collective, a platform that connects users with charities and social projects in Brunei. There, I worked with Shell LiveWIRE, AgroBIZ, and KKBS to support micro and small businesses, innovative startups, and local communities. With a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education and Teaching, and a Foundation degree in Business Studies, I have acquired a diverse and valuable skill set that enables me to contribute to the development of the startup ecosystem and the circular economy in Brunei. I am passionate about making a positive difference in the local community and empowering people to achieve their full potential.
